Fight Trump’s Fascist Martial Law With General Strike
Mobilize On October 30 On International Day Of Action Against Genocide, Wars & Attacks On
The Working Class Around The World

The growing fascist moves of Trump against the press and also his political opponents is a prelude to his plans for  martial law and the attacks on a democratic election.
Trump and the techno fascists who now run the government will not be stopped with protests. They are using ICE as a private gestapo force to terrorize and murder immigrants and workers throughout the country and they will be using them in the elections at polling places to thwart a democratic election.

These are the same people who organized an insurrection in 2020 and attempted a coup and now they have state power which they will use to stay in power.
The Democrats who they have also targeted will not stop fascism despite their complaints about Trump. They, in fact, have helped support the militarization of the police while blaming immigrants for the economic crisis by passing the legislation that Trump has been using. NYC is a sanctuary city and yet the police commissioner, Jessica Tish, allowed the police to tear gas demonstrators who were then subsequently arrested, who just tried to help an immigrant who was shot by the police with his son in the back seat of his car. The Democrats are no better than the Republicans.

The US and Israeli  imperialist war against Iran, the support for genocide and the US support for Israel’s wars are a sign of a declining empire and Trump is escalating the decline of US imperialism by destroying public services, healthcare and implementing the fascist Project 2025 which is for complete deregulation and contracting out of all public jobs while re-segregating the South hoping to go back to the says of the Confederacy. DOGE, an organization led by Elon Musk, not only called for the layoffs of 100,000 workers, but many of those agencies attacked by Musk were agencies that would normally regulate businesses such as Musk owns. Even measles, a disease eradicated over 25 years ago, is now reemerging with thousands of cases being detected and many people dying of the disease. 

The techno fascists are also using AI, Flocks, drones and Data centers to target people throughout the world and in the US. They are using this tech to set up a fascist state which will not only target immigrants, but working people who speak out.
It is also being used to eliminate millions of jobs from truckers, drivers, healthcare workers, artists, service workers and education workers. Only workers' control of tech can stop this existential threat to the working people and the world.

Trump will not leave peacefully and he controls the Supreme Court and Congress and the Executive and he will use the control of centralized state power to stay in office while creating a state even more authoritarian than this one.  Freedom of speech is now on the chopping block, many university professors have already lost their jobs for speaking out against Israeli genocide. Concentration camps across the country have been set up for immigrants and dissenters. 

The AFL-CIO and the trade union bureaucracy in general are telling working people that voting in the mid-terms will be the answer to this fascist threat. Elections will not solve the system problem and will not stop  Musk, Theil, Ellison, Bezos  and the techno bosses that run Google, Meta, Amazon and the media industry. We have seen this all before, the rise of Mussolini and Hitler and just 2 examples of what happens when a society is rotting in its own decay.  Millions died in WW2 and now, with weapons even more deadly than before, it is imperative that the working class take control of society. 

We must fight now for a mass united working class front to stop the introduction of martial law. Already the Trump controlled national guard in DC are being used against schools and are working hand in hand with ICE and all other Federal Agencies. We must build a mass democratic workers party that can bring us single payer and worker public control of our economy.

On October 30, dockers’ unions in France, Italy, Spain, Greece, Turkey, India and Morocco have called for a global strike against genocide, war and the attacks on workers throughout the world.
