Keep Coal Out Community Meeting

Join us at a Community Meeting at Gill Tract Farm in Albany on Thursday October 22, 7:00-8:30 pm, to learn more about our campaign and how you can help to keep coal out of our communities.

We’ll catch you up on our decade-long fight opposing a proposed coal terminal in West Oakland.

We’ll share current updates, and brainstorm ways to take action in small groups.

The coal terminal would bring mile-long coal trains along the East Bay shoreline, from Martinez to Oakland, sending toxic coal dust through our communities. This coal terminal is everyone’s problem throughout the East Bay – and it’ll take all of us to stop it.
