Santa Cruz: Hands Across the Sand

On Saturday, September 26, people across California will come together for Hands Across the Sand, a statewide day of action against offshore oil drilling and in support of a clean-energy future. At Twin Lakes Beach, participants will hear brief remarks from local speakers before joining hands along the shoreline for a unified show of support for protecting California’s coast.
