In an important victory all criminal charges were dismissed by the California Attorney General Bonta after the Stanford 11 case was removed from the hands of Santa Clara County District Attorney Jeff Rosen. Rosen who previously had invited war criminal Netanyahu to the county and advertised to the Zionist community that he was going after the supporters of Palestine to raise funds was removed from his control of the case and it was put in control of the Attorney General.

After a long battle against felony and misdemeanor charges by Santa Clara District Attorney Rosen and his removal for conflicts of interest, charges were dismissed on September 21, 2026. Defendants rallied outside the court house and then spoke out along with supporters who joined them at the court.
They had protested the role of Stanford University managers bosses from having investments in the US supported genocide in Gaza.
