‘Calder | O’Keeffe’ Grand Opening

On the occasion of the grand opening of Hauser & Wirth Palo Alto and the inaugural exhibition ‘Calder | O’Keeffe,’ we are thrilled to invite you to a series of exhibition walkthroughs with leading scholars in the gallery, poetry readings in our new bookshop and a block party on Emerson Street with live performances, DJ sets by GULU, Tie Dye Trippin and bella d., and food trucks by Rincon Del Cielo Taqueria, Bay Area Munchiez and Crazy Empanadas. Enjoy complimentary Salt & Straw ice cream and Fez Coffee under shaded communal tables after exploring the first-of-its-kind exhibition.

Peruse our bookshop throughout the day with featured titles from Hauser & Wirth Publishers including books on artists Alexander Calder, Philip Guston, Louise Bourgeois and more, as well as ‘A Cookbook for Iwan’ and the new issue of Ursula Magazine with a cover story on Alexander Calder and Georgia O’Keeffe’s friendship.
