Fly 100 Kites for Palestine!

Bay Area anti-imperialist groups are joining together with Brass Liberation Orchestra to fly kites and raise money for Gaza Soup Kitchen. This means turning an act of joy into a message of solidarity with real material help. We want to get 100 kites in the air! Imagine this beautiful image that we'll share worldwide!! As we fly kites for children in Palestine who are denied the freedom to fly them, these vital funds will help support families in Gaza -- providing nourishing meals and funds for education. Bring a kite or borrow one of ours on a "donate what you can" basis: $5-50 recommended donation. We will also form a human banner of a giant kite, in the Palestinian colors of red, green, white and black. We promise, this is the most meaningful fun you will have. Come share hope, community, awareness and show the kids in Palestine some love.
