BlackRock Monday Blues Protest - every Monday (10am-1pm)

WHO: People that are sick and tired of BlackRock's funding of crimes against life and humanity: climate breakdown, AI, war and genocide

WHAT: Weekly protest outside of BlackRock starting Sept. 28, 2026
Bring signs, banners, chalk, your spirited selves, and also pieces of relevant news, facts, reports, personal lamentations to shout into the megaphone in the public right-of-way (sidewalks).

WHERE: Outside the BlackRock SF office at 400 Howard St.

WHEN: every Monday, from 10am-1pm starting 9/28/26 until ???

WHY: Because "BlackRock is the world’s largest asset management corporation and a primary financial enabler of Israel’s military operations and broader military-industrial complex. The June 2025 UN Human Rights Council report explicitly identifies BlackRock as complicit in what it calls Israel’s “economy of genocide” through a web of investments in Israeli government bonds, weapons manufacturers, and surveillance technology..." With many groups focusing on other pieces of the puzzle, we are devoted to showing up every Monday to remind the employees of BlackRock that they are enabling an ongoing genocide; creating an ever-increasing techno-fascist surveillance state; funding private detention centers (aka concentration camps); and hastening the demise of this planet through investing in fossil fuels. There's so much more, but this is enough to start with!
