The California ballot will have 14 statewide measures and various candidates for state and local offices. At our September 12 and October 3 forums, we will attempt to demystify the propositions and bring you some of the progressive and socialist candidates running in the Bay Area. We begin on September 12 with the initiatives that tax the rich, their countermeasures, and a Green Party candidate who beat the Republican in the June Primary and made it to the November ballot.
