Pori is involved in a secret corrupt shady real estate scheme with the convicted felon President Donald J. Trump administration that has been exposed to the public, to grab a piece of land owned by the American public, from the famed Yosemite National Park. Pori wants to create a roadway going through the revered national park that is loved by the millions. There’s no telling how many beautiful old growth sequoia or redwood trees that would be cut down in the process to create a road meant to enrich Pori more than he already is. Reportedly, Jeffrey Pori, made regular small-dollar donations to President Trump's 2024 campaign, contributing more than $4,000, according to campaign finance records. Kingsbarn Chief Executive Jeff Pori is a donor to Trump, the Republican National Committee and other Republican groups.

Reportedly, the current superintendent of Yosemite, Ray McPadden has sold us out, and is working overtime to have the National Park Service hand over the precious Yosemite land that Jeffrey Pori wants for his own real estate development. Yosemite. The land of spectacular granite mountains, Half Dome, ancient forests and animals, the Merced river, and spectacular waterfalls like none other. To climb a cliff next to a waterfall, visitors can see wonderful rainbows suddenly appearing out of nowhere, including beautiful rainbows appearing around their bodies, and the wrists of their hands. It’s fantastic.

Nowhere on this planet is there a place as spectacular and beautiful as Yosemite. However, we are in a crisis with the despotic evil Trump regime, and the greedy capitalists who want to carve a road out of the park to enrich the likes of Jeffrey A. According to a quote made for the New York Times, ““This is so ridiculous, it makes you sick,” said Don Neubacher, a former supervisor at Yosemite who is now on the executive council of the nonprofit Coalition to Protect America’s National Parks. Mr. Neubacher said a similar proposal had been raised in the early 2000s. It was rejected, first by the Park Service and later in court.”

That’s right! Reportedly, back in 2012 / 2016, in an article with the Mercury News, in part it says, “A Southern California developer has lost a five-year-legal battle to build a new road into Yosemite National Park after a federal court sided with environmentalists who opposed it.

The 9th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals in San Francisco ruled that Lewis Geyser, 75, of Solvang, does not have the rights to two dirt roads dating back to the stage coach era of the 1870s that connect his property with the park — a route that would have allowed tourists to enter Yosemite from a resort he has proposed to build.

“We’re certainly very pleased,” said George Torgun, an attorney for Earthjustice, a public interest law firm that represented the Sierra Club and other environmental groups in the case. “Yosemite is a national treasure. It’s a place we don’t want to see more roads constructed.”

As a PR gimmick, the new owners of Hazel Green Ranch (Jeffrey Pori / Kingsbarn Realty Capital ), now call it the Sanctuary at Yosemite, in their secret scheme with the Trump regime to build a road through Yosemite for their proposed development.

Reportedly, in a report with NOTUS, in part it says, “For more than a year, the National Park Service has been quietly working to fulfill an unprecedented directive from Trump officials: Parcel off a corner of Yosemite National Park to give to a private developer.

National Park Service staff in California and Washington, D.C., are trying to arrange a land exchange between a Nevada-based company and the federal government, according to four people directly familiar with discussions, as well as agency documents reviewed by NOTUS.

Since the spring of 2025, the Trump administration has been looking into ways it could cede a roughly quarter-mile strip of land inside Yosemite to a company that, through a web of limited-liability companies, is operated by real-estate developer and investment firm Kingsbarn Realty Capital. Officials are proposing the Park Service give up the land or “interest” in the land in the form of an easement, and in return receive land of equal value somewhere in California that has yet to be decided.

The private developers own an 83-acre plot of land just outside the western boundaries of Yosemite, about five miles from one of the park’s defining ancient sequoia groves. Jeff Pori, the CEO of Kingsbarn, wants to build a short road connecting the property to one of Yosemite’s central thoroughfares. The new road would give the land exceptionally rare private access to a park that is otherwise almost entirely buffered by national forests.

Kingsbarn Realty Capital - A limited-liability company controlled by Kingsbarn purchased the undeveloped land outside Yosemite for $4 million in 2024, calling the property “Sanctuary at Yosemite” in records reviewed by NOTUS.

The planning process has created a tense environment inside the National Park Service for the people involved; Kingsbarn’s proposal is backed by the full weight of the Interior Department’s top political leadership, sources said.

“They want us to be responsive to the property owner and their lobbyists or people, and they want us to work with these folks,” said one person familiar with the conversations.

In a statement to NOTUS, a spokesperson for the National Park Service said “no final decisions have been made,” but that any land exchange or access proposals “would be subject to all applicable federal laws, regulations, and Departmental policies, including required environmental review and public notification processes.”

Every few weeks, at the direction of their political superiors, staff at the Park Service have scheduled meetings with Kingsbarn, multiple sources said. Pori sometimes attends the meetings with his associates, including Davis, a lawyer and lobbyist who served as an adviser to Bill and Hillary Clinton and represented a list of controversial clients including Michael Cohen, Harvey Weinstein and the former dictator of Equatorial Guinea. Davis has not listed Kingsbarn or Pori as clients in his federal lobbying disclosures.

Staff are required to send regular updates on their progress to political appointees inside Burgum’s office, and they are occasionally berated by political staff for not moving fast enough, according to two people familiar with the process.

The current superintendent of Yosemite, Ray McPadden, has been pressured by people at the Interior Department and has tried to help move the land exchange along, according to two people familiar with his role.”

WASHINGTON, D.C. – In part it says, “Reports have emerged that a former National Park Service employee could face criminal charges for a free speech demonstration on the park’s famous El Capitan cliff.

Shannon “SJ” Joslin, who identifies as nonbinary, was fired by NPS last week after participating in the display of the pink and blue transgender pride flag from the granite rock formation May 20 in protest of the Trump administration’s moves to remove references to transgender people from NPS sites and writings. On Tuesday, E&E News reported that the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of California was evaluating potential criminal charges against Joslin.

Joslin’s possible prosecution is notable, as previous demonstrations on El Capitan have not resulted in criminal charges. Additionally, Yosemite acting Superintendent Ray McPadden signed an order May 21, one day after Joslin’s demonstration, banning flags or banners from the mountain and other areas of the park, with possible penalties of up to six months in jail and a fine of up to $5,000 for individuals and $10,000 for groups.

The Trump administration has taken multiple actions in recent weeks to scrub references to marginalized groups and challenging moments in American history from NPS websites and signage.

In response, Jackie Ostfeld, director of Sierra Club’s Outdoors for All campaign, released the following statement:

“El Capitan has frequently been used as a site for demonstrations of free speech. Bringing criminal charges against SJ Joslin for exercising the first amendment right to freedom of speech enjoyed by all Americans would be an act of intimidation intended to have a chilling effect on others exercising their rights. National parks help tell the story of America, and essential to that story is the freedom of speech.”
