Aya Khalaf Benefit Concert Featuring the Palestinian Youth Ensemble

The Palestinian Youth Movement is humbled and honored to be hosting a benefit concert with Aya Khalaf in San Francisco on Saturday, October 3rd.

Aya Khalaf is a legendary Palestinian singer, educator, and cultural worker from Jerusalem, Palestine. Aya Khalaf will be joined on stage by our very own Palestinian Youth Ensemble (PYE), a project of the Palestinian Youth Movement.

The Palestinian Youth Ensemble is a cultural production initiative by the Palestinian Youth Movement, with the intention of bringing together Palestinian and Arab musicians around the world to engage in cultural production as a site of struggle for national liberation, where culture is not a backdrop to the Palestinian struggle, but one of its most vital frontlines.

We will also have a silent art auction at the event, and we strongly encourage individuals to show up at 6:00 when doors open to look at our art pieces.
