Activist Attacked By Satellite

I am a Bay Area activist who has been badly attacked by satellite technology for the past ten years as political repression, and not able to find help from any authorities. Also threatened with torture, capture, serious injuries. Need help
I need help in any way, finding a free lawyer to try to get help through the courts, in particular.
