SFPD-ICE Collusion Protested at Mission Police Station
SF a "sanctuary" city?

(San Francisco, April 3) - Demonstrators gathered in from the 630 Valencia Street police station to protest the violation of San Francisco's status as a sanctuary city. Though Mayor Lurie has affirmed the city's commitment to its sanctuary laws, the SFPD's behavior while ICE terrorists assaulted a women in front of her daughter at the airport calls his commitment in question. The police assisted the ICE goons by forming a protective line between the thugs and bystanders who were shouting "shame" and "are you proud of yourselves" and other invectives as the assault proceeded.By "not interfering" as the Mayor termed the "incident" the police in fact interfered by making the assault easy for the thugs. While the event was an "isolated incident" to the Mayor, to the woman and her daughter, simply going to the airport to take a flight to visit relatives and having committing no crime, being assaulted by militarized thugs must have been a major trauma.
