MUSCAT, OMAN – Sarfraz Hussain, a resident of Muscat originally from Azad Kashmir, has spent the last 15 years as a silent force for humanitarian good. He has provided legal, financial, and moral support to over 3,400 individuals, many of whom were on the verge of committing suicide due to extreme despair.
