Report back from volunteers at the protest in Washington DC Nov. 5 and on-going, “Trump Must Go Now!”
This event is in partnership with Fall of Freedom, a nationwide movement uniting artists and communities against threats to free expression and democracy.
NOVEMBER 5 IN WASHINGTON DC WAS THE BEGINNING OF THE FALL OF THE TRUMP REGIME
Thousands of people from across the country on Nov. 5 came together in the nation's Capital—one year after Trump’s election—to raise a call to millions: “Join us! Trump Must Go! Trump Must Go Now!” This was the launch of a movement to drive out the Trump fascist regime, not stopping until they’re driven out.

This event will have: Video and photographs of Nov. 5 and the on-going protest in DC from volunteers from the BA Area who were there. Testimony from student and other volunteers who disrupted their lives to join with Refuse Fascism and others. Discussion of what we are up against and what emerging movement started in DC.
Key questions:
Why is it possible for the Trump regime to be driven out of power now through mass non-violent action?
Why is it a dead end to rely on and wait for elections, the courts or the Democrats?
What can we do to contribute?
