If you're looking for a coherent social philosophy, one that begins with the premise that "Planet Earth is the birthright of all people," then come along on either of two FREE walking tours today.

This one goes by the catchy title, "Land, Villains, and Revolutionaries," and examines the premise above as discovered in examining San Francisco social movement history. From the Mormon hegira of 1846 to the Black Panther Party's quest for security in geography to Colin Kaepernick's role in the Black Lives Matter upset of power suppositions this walk looks at how control of real estate shapes conversations about social justice. In fact, the walk takes up ten San Francisco stories as it explores the hypothesis that "control of place" is the central question to be asked when forming a social philosophy.

We hope to see you here or at the 12:30 program for an interactive conversation about how to ground justice conversations.
