Pinwheels for Peace Workshop

Children in Gaza, Jerusalem, and the West Bank are making Pinwheels for Peace to share their messages of peace. We invite you to make one too in our Zoom workshop. Come on your own or join with your family and friends.

To make a Pinwheel, you will need these supplies:

1. Square piece of paper

2. Pair of Scissors

3. Crayon, colored pencils or markers

4. Pushpin to attach the paper to the stick

5. Stick/Straw/Pencil to serve as the Pinwheel handle

To mark International Peace Day, Rebuilding Alliance will hold “I Care About Peace” Congressional Briefing on Wednesday, September 17th, 2025, in Washington, DC, where we will display pinwheels made by Palestinian children and bring forward their voices and dreams. You can send your Pinwheel for Peace to your Senator or Representative before the event, or bring it in person.

Please email Congress and press for food, safety, and an end to genocide in Gaza.
