WorkWeek talks with Apple health and safety whistleblower Ashley Gjøvik. She recently won an NLRB decision that Apple had violated her rights to discuss health and safety conditions and workplace issues.
She discovered that her office had been built on a superfund toxic site and was emitting fumes.
She also is calling on Secretary of Labor Marty Walsh to investigate corruption at OSHA and the cover-up by Cal-OSHA and other government agencies.
