A FREE 22 years and running walking tour.

Think Ukraine and Russia. It's all about land.
Think housing in the Bay Region. It's all about land.
Think Texas vs California appeal. It's all about land.
Think you and your neighbor. It's all about land.

The end result can be had with blood and bodily tissue spatter,
or by negotiation. This walk hypothesizes a form of negotiation that owes praise to MLK and John Locke, both. Come and get it, or milk your whining over "the bad guys" every election.

The walk explores the role the land part of real estate plays in any social justice question you can name.

The walk considers, for instance,
The Black Panthers
BLM
Anti-war
The Church of Latter Day Saints
Ethnic Studies
American Indian Movement
LGBTQ
the GOP vs Berniecrats
Chinatown and Sun Yat-sen
The Oakland USD
The dangdidiest San Francisco USD
Chesa Boudin
Matt Haney and David Campos
You and your landlord
