These are questions on the minds of many. At the LWV Zoom program on Wednesday, January 26th at 2-3:30pm you will hear two of San Diego’s legal experts discuss this.

Marjorie Cohn is a Professor Emerita at Thomas Jefferson School of Law and former President of the National Lawyers Guild. She is on the Advisory Board of the American Constitution Society – San Diego.

Glenn Smith is a Professor at California Western School of Law where he teaches Constitutional Law”, including a seminar on Current Issue in Constitutional Law. He is also co-author of the book “Constitutional Law for Dummies”.
