Also note :
* Affiliate Director: The Affiliate Association can name whomever they wish, no election required.
* No provision for recall; recall procedure removed for Delegates (to LSBs) or Directors (to PNB).
* Also no provision for removal of an officer of the PNB. Now, can be removed by a majority vote of the PNB.
* For the first 2–3 months or more 10 people on the PNB have unlimited control before the Transitional Board is completed.
* The West Coast stations will dominate.

We need ‘more productive meetings’ and ‘end the infighting and unproductive arguments’.

"Infighting" is members struggling against those who do not want a democratically governed KPFA/Pacifica, but are followers of a "machine" leadership which wants to take over the station.
"Unproductive meetings" are the ones being obstructed by those who do not want boards of representatives sincerely attempting to govern.
"Unproductive arguments" are our independent reps trying to resist the takeover faction, unlike you who have been taken in by the lies, responding to the actual situation with platitudes, and enabling the takeover attempts instead of intelligently supporting shared governance.
Put an end to the strife by voting in an all Rescue Pacifica slate!
We are 100% volunteer and depend on your participation to sustain our efforts!
