* Affiliate Director: The Affiliate Association can name whomever        they wish, no election required.
* No provision for recall; recall procedure removed for Delegates       (to LSBs) or Directors (to PNB).
* Also no provision for removal of an officer of the PNB. Now, can       be removed by a majority vote of the PNB.
* For the first 2–3 months or more 10 people on the PNB have       unlimited control before the Transitional Board is completed.
* The West Coast stations will dominate.
