Outgoing Mayor Watkins refused group presentations Tuesday evening. Incoming Mayor Cummings and "Progressive" Councilmember Brown joined the Watkins muzzling of public comment by reducing Oral Communications from two minutes to ninety seconds. These are the full speeches I wrote exposing the Council and their CACH's attacks on survival campers.
