A. Surveillance Policy: Automated License Plate Readers.* a. Surveillance Use Policy. b. Surveillance Impact Report. Board requested to authorize. BART will be considering policies for ALPR usage at all BART Stations. Their proposal is to eventually install these mass surveillance devices at all BART stations across the Bay Area that have parking facilities.
