The U.S. Judge who chaired the trials, and at summation explains world law this way to end aggressive wars....."War is essentially an Evil thing.....to initiate a war of aggression, therefore, is not only an international crime; it is the supreme international crime differing only from other war crimes in that it contains the accumulated evil of the whole". He further says that it is the supreme international crime whether Germany does it or the U.S.A. does it. You all have a world to win yet!
