The dock workers have been attacked by the police and the dock owners who are seeking to destroy regular employment. Speakers talked about the global struggle against the temp gig economy and how it is destroying jobs and lives in every country of the world. Also George Romero, a retired member of the ILWU gave solidarity in their struggle.
