(Berkeley) STOP Ripping Children From Their Parents! Trump/Pence MUST GO!

This is a moment of great outrage and urgency. The Trump/Pence regime is ripping children from their parents. Putting these children and babies in tent cities. Throwing them into cages. Terrorizing them. If we accept this now, we cannot ask how people accepted Nazism in Germany in the 1930s. Nobody with a spark of humanity should tolerate this.

Come and bring children's shoes to represent the children in detention. Now is the time for all the organizations and people of conscience to come together in massive nonviolent protest to reject this.

We must be too powerful to be ignored by the powers that be.

And, we must work together to turn the outrage that millions feel right now into a movement of massive sustained protest that stays in the streets day after day - growing from many thousands to hundreds of thousands and ultimately millions - who do not stop until the fascist Trump/Pence Regime has been driven out of power. Immediate mass protest against family separation must happen now, before today's outrage become tomorrow's normal. If a whole week goes by without massive response, people will become acclimated and the regime will not only continue what they are doing; but they will carry out far worse horrors, beyond our imagination.

WE RESOLVE that nothing short of removing this whole illegitimate regime from power will stop this nightmare. The ripping away of children from immigrants and refugees is a crime against humanity and must STOP NOW!
