Jodi Reid, Executive Director of CARA will tell us about CARA’s “Senior Ambassador” program in which SF (and other California) seniors call a list of their counterparts in several California Congressional Districts to become trusted sources of information about the voting record of their counterparts' members of Congress.
Ann Merrill, a Co-Lead for Swing Left San Francisco will tells us about Swing Left’s grass roots efforts to elect progressives in selected Congressional districts outside the Bay Area and “take back" the House in 2018.
