“ For it is not enough to allow dissent. We must demand it. For there is much to dissent from.”
Robert F. Kennedy, Berkeley, California, October 22, 1966.
On June 4, 1968, Robert F. Kennedy won the Democratic presidential primary, making him a favorite to become the next president of the United States. In the early morning hours following his victory he was fatally shot, just 2 months after Martin Luther King Jr. had been slain. Both of their deaths devastated the country’s hopes for a more enlightened future.
Please join us for a video program and discussion presenting suppressed evidence in the Robert F. Kennedy murder case, which invalidates the verdict against Sirhan Sirhan, who remains unjustly imprisoned for the crime fifty years later.
Presented by the Northern California 911 Truth Alliance – Co-sponsored by the BFUU Social Justice Committee
Suggested Donation: $5 – 20 to cover event costs. No one turned away for lack of funds.
Wheelchair accessible.
