Renters pay landlords to use "location, location, location."
Renters also pay landlords to use "the facilities"--buildings and other improvements.
The facilities are a provision of the landlord, but "location, location, location" is a provision of Nature and the community.
Rent for facilities is reciprocity.
Rent for Nature and community is extortion.
Come along on a walking tour that supplies language, concepts, and hope for ending renters' extortion.
FREE . . . except for your lost suppositions.
