Bill Campisi did not run and resign to deprive Tom Voorhees of a Director seat.
Bill Campisi ran and resigned so that Susan da Silva could run in an IRV election, because at the January 6 meeting, Janet Kobren claimed that  Susan was not qualified to run in the STV election.
Someone used the round about way in which the election was run to claim that it was done to deprive Tom Voorhees of a seat, even though Tom had only 4 of the 19 votes.
"Rigged election!" " Rigged election!" It gets repeated often enough people start believing it.
Alex Steinberg of WBAI did. Apparently so did Judge Colwell.
Bill Campisi brought the lawsuit because Alex Steinberg PNB motion mandating seating of Tom Voorhees took away the right of the LSB to choose its Directors.
