Despite the millions of women and girls around the world who live in unbearable anguish, endometriosis continues to be one of the most urgent yet ignored public health issues of our time. Hundreds of years from now, future generations will look back with utter disbelief that such profound suffering could have been ignored for so long by so many. This is why we march, to get the word out that endometriosis is not just a ‘bad period’, but one of the most serious, potentially incapacitating chronic diseases women and girls can face in their lifetimes.

The Worldwide EndoMarch (a 501(c)(3) nonprofit) is a global grassroots movement for endometriosis awareness that takes place in 50+ countries around the world each year on the last Saturday in March. As a coalition made up of more than 100 endometriosis groups, organizations, and medical societies, the EndoMarch movement helps bring thousands of endometriosis sufferers and supporters together, on one day, for one cause, for one Endo United world.
