Government Shut Down But Still Violating Our Civil Rights

With the federal government shut down while many of us breathed a sign of relief that perhaps for a few days government spying and violation of our civil right my come to a stop while the congress attempts to figure out funding for the government’s various programs and agencies. Unfortunately, there is no relief in sight. Although government services to the American people have been shut down, the agencies that spy on us, that illegally collect information about us, and that share that information in daily bulletins and databases continue to violate our rights unabated.

The Joint Base Lewis-McChord Force Protection Division (a military intelligence unit near Tacoma, WA) continues to gather information about "Anti-Government Activities" and about anyone who objects to intrusive government policies and illegal government activities.

The man leading this illegal collection and dissemination of information about American citizens is Daniel L. Vessels. The history of illegal activity by the Joint Base Lewis-McChord Force Protection Division is easily found with a simple Google search. Daniel Vessels uses his government position to intimidate, bully, and harass anyone who opposes him.

Contact Joint Base Lewis-McChord and demand that the Joint Base Lewis-McChord Force Protection Division be shut down. Demand that Daniel L. Vessels publish a public apology to everyone that he has wronged and that he immediately leaves government service.
