Does the notion and policy of expecting one person to have to pay another for access to earth disturb and perhaps even rankle you? If you've been mulling the social and economic dynamics of "how to eliminate private parties financially gaining from mere ownership of a piece of the planet," you'll almost certainly want to come along on this walking tour, which surveys San Francisco social movement history.

The thematic arc of the tour is to highlight the proposition that nearly every social affliction largely of interest today has its resolution in eliminating the economic leverage conferred by the privatization of land value.

Housing, wages, gender, and identity politics issues are, in fundamental ways, occasioned or exasperated by the privilege of land value privatization.
