In a tribute to Native American Month Sensible Cinema will screen the film Broken Rainbow. Passionate, compelling is how the N.Y. Times describes this documentary directed by Maria Florio and Victoria Mudd which shows a moving account of the force relocation of 12,000 Navajo Indians from their land after the signing of - PL 93-531 by President Ford. Narrated by Charlie Sheen Broken Rainbow tells a grim story of another forced relocation by the Government that is still unfamiliar to most Americans.
