Come hear notorious walking tour guide David Giesen bring the heat to Valencia. Building on his "15 column inches of fame" in the November issue of San Francisco magazine, Giesen goes guided missile on landlordism in this edition of his "conversation with the street" (what others call his "calle and response" style of political action).

In this episode, Giesen questions the piety of the faith community when it endorses the payment of land rent to private parties. Countenancing such a payment usurps God the Creator of the material universe, interposing landlords as aspirants for the godhead. Using sanctimonious faith as the target of his filisade, Giesen excoriates the theological apostasy of evictions, displacement, predatory loans, and the presumptuousness of land related debt.

That's the first half. In the second half Giesen does a number on the smug atheism of most of the liberal-progressive political left (LPPL). In dismissing the faith community or even the mere sliver of hope that there is more to the existence of life than a sheer material causality, Giesen argues the LPPL reserves to moral arguments regarding universal equality of right to land nothing more than the adjuration, "It's nice to share your bit of the earth."
