And also it was 4 Hrs before the Berkeley Police Chiefs RIDICULOUS Request to Use Banned Pepper Spray which they (BPD) have been PENALIZED Rubber Bullets, Tear Gas (Used by Police in last Berk Nazi protest) & Flash Bangs thru Violations in BLM protests. as I was Headed to well attended Off Hour ILLEGALLY Governed (Jesse is NOT OUR Mayor as he openly Violated the Brown Act by limiting each Speaker to Only one Minute. 8 OPD Cars came into Moss on the Wood in the Middle of Field & was Illegally Detained as I question what is this about 4 Over a Half Hour. And being pushed into Squad Car after Telling them I DO NOT Like CHILD MOLESTERS arrested me they said the UNUSED Cans of Spray Cans and Arrested on Vandalism Tools. This will be Filed Complaints against 2 Officers One little Dutch Cock Sucker and the One who Pushed me into the Car. I did say during this Ridiculous Stop "Are U making it up?" as they were in Contact with Higher ups. I was to Spend 4 Days in Jail on NO BAIL as they are treating my Misdemeanor like 5 Yr Felony missing Shapiro.
