Joff Lee Jones and Alex Skelton are fighting for our basic rights! Please watch their videos [below] from Boulder, Colorado. Ryan McAuley, the officer that arrested me, is filmed boasting about arresting me for displaying my art, and is humiliated by my sweet love Kate.

I spent FOUR DAYS in jail for art!!! This is the disconnect from our humanity. This is the disconnect that causes Ryan McAuley to convince himself that I only spent two hours in jail. The reality, the truth is that I spent four days in jail with no bail-ZERO BAIL! On top of this, the "peace officer" Ryan McAuley never read me my rights while he arrested me on Friday morning, July 20th 2017. Arrested for displaying art in a public space, and put in jail for four days. That is four days of Boulder taxpayers dollars going towards the arrest of an artist expressing his first amendment right. Ryan McAuley should be reprimanded for this injustice, and he should be held accountable for his actions.

Kate is in Boulder now protesting with Joff and Alex for me, and they are all fighting for everyone's right to express themselves in a public space. This is totalitarianism, this is fascism...first a dictatorship takes away the journalists, then the artists, then your free speech, and eventually all of our rights. This issue concerns everyone, this is an issue that needs to be addressed and talked about. This is discrimination and a violation of our constitutional rights as American citizens to exist and express ourselves in a public space. Please watch, reach out, and lend a helping hand; whether that be advice, just lending an ear, or actively taking a stand against this.
