White Hawk Indian Council for Children, Ixtatutli is excited to invite you all for another year of our rites of passage 3 day ceremony in which we as a community honor our young women.

Xilonen is a rites of passage ceremony, a coming of age for young women that dates back thousands of years before the spanish invasion.

The main ceremony will take place at the Pinto Lake County Park in Watsonville from 11am to 5 pm Saturday.

We hope to see you all there!! Thank you all for your support!

●IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS●

•Deadline to announce your Xilonen is May 31st. Last minute, unannounced Xilonens will not be accepted.

•No need to bring drums to ceremony. Drums will be provided.

•Altar set up starts at 7:30am
•Danza starts at 11am
•Food at 4pm

•Only Malintzines with their Popozkomitls ready by 10:30am will be included in ceremony.

•Please follow all parking rules.

•Due to rising City Permit Fees there will be a $100 charge for each vendor.

• Último día para anunciar sus Xilonens será el 31 de Mayo. Si su Xilonen se presenta al ultimo momento sin avisar a tiempo no serán incluidas en la ceremonia.

•No se necesita traer Tambores, abra Tambores disponibles.

•Altares 7:30am
•Danza a las 11am
•Comida 4pm

•Solo Malintzines con sus Popoxkomitls listos a las 10:30am serán incluidos en la ceremonia.

•Favor de seguir las reglas de estacionamiento y no estacionarse en las ZONAS ROJAS o en alguna área restringida.

•El cobro para cada vendedor será $100
