Having the ability to flow in relationship to others is an essential quality to cultivate. The skills of cooperation and collaboration require life-long learning and practice. Through meditation, culture-mapping, and art making this workshop provides an opportunity to witness your patterns and processes which determine your personal ability to navigate the often awkward landscape of unconscious bias. In this workshop, explore compassion as a tool for liberation by unearthing your values, designing for kind communication, and picking your battles.

Ashara Ekundayo is a cultural strategist, activist, and curator who facilitates the creation of collaboratory spaces where methodology amplifying the intersections of social permaculture, social entrepreneurship, and social justice can be manifested.
