Breaking the Chains:
Women Resist! Fighting for Liberation in the Era of Trump

Friday, Apr. 7, 7pm
2969 Mission St., SF
Share Facebook event

Poverty determines the conditions of life for millions of women, especially women of color. Why is that so? Don’t women work hard? And how can eight men on the planet have as much wealth as half the world’s population? Did they work harder than the rest of us? It is impossible to understand the impoverishment of women without understanding how the capitalist system functions. However, despite these obstacles, women have always fought for better living and working conditions.

Join us for presentations and discussion on the root of women’s oppression and hear about ways you can join the fight for not just women’s liberation, but that of all humanity.
