The organizers are putting out info that is somewhat confusing to this poster. I will correct as I get new info. Facebook lists the start time as 3:00 pm at the post office. The description below is from the webpage

On Saturday, April 15, Indivisible SoCo is hosting a picnic and rally in Santa Rosa. The picnic will be an Eventbrite invitation asking for a small voluntary donation to defray costs.
We see this as an opportunity to build fellowship, celebrate our efforts, and to let #45 know that WE DO CARE!
At 2:30, after we’ve rallied our strength and solidarity, we will stroll to the Post Office – with tax returns in hand – where we will join with others to remind Donald Trump that we expect him to release his tax returns for the last 12 years.
