Trump derives income from his reputation, his businesses, and from the land he owns. This walk introduces you to public policy measures going back 3,000 years (and with modern sizing) that would abolish his (and your) income from mere ownership of land.

The tale of Nasty Cat begins on Taylor near Market in San Francisco on a middling chilly Xmas morning. Dub Nation, San Francisco's slow-motion political allegory lampoonist, reads from his latest manuscript way too early on a Saturday morning in order to introduce The Commons SF's 1,322nd edition of their acerbic, humorous, informative social movements history walking tour, which launches at 9 am. Plan to stay for that walk!

"Congenital Depravity on Xmas Morning?" follows Nasty Cat the tom-cat on his morning patrol of his scruffy Tenderloin domain. When Nasty Cat finds a perch in the sun's warmth he dreams a landlord's life before a very unusual surrogate of the Christ child disturbs his cruel fantasy.
