|on BART between Powell station and McArthur Station|
SF Theater of Real Estate presents another episode in the ongoing antidote to the real estate challenge known as THE ELIMINATI.
In this scene, Dub Nation poses the notion that "life is like riding a BART train." You get on at different times, and build stuff (such as seats and hand grips), but the train is planet earth. The idea that some own the economic rights to the train/Earth is absurd, but it's the rising value of the Earth that accounts for the real estate squeeze on everyday folks.
Why not socialize the value of the train/Earth, and use that to fundamentally set things more right?
