The Share Economy's glaring oversight of land

If we aren't sharing the land itself from which all emerge, and to which all return, on an equal access basis, what a mockery that makes of a "share philosophy."

Uber and Lyft take advantage of your resource (a car) and inequalities of regulation (compare taxi and Uber driver observed requirement insurance) to sabotage union level service provision.

But how much more egregious than Uber is the mendacity of those who share the value of their home, but are in fact privatizing the value of place (the locational value of real estate)?
