DNC Tells Sanders/NNU That They Did Not Want Another Labor Rep On DNC Platform Committee

At a press conference at the offices of the National Nurses Union in Oakland US Rep. Tulsi Gabbard, Rose Ann De Moro and Martha Kuhl talk about the rejection of De Moro from the DNC platform committee and other issues facing labor.

Rose Ann De Moro who is the National Nurses Union NNU Executive Director, US Rep. Tulsi Gabbard and Martha Kuhl R.N. Secretary-Treasurer NNU talk about the rejection of De Moro from the Democratic National Committee and also other issues facing the unions and labor movement. De Moro said the rejection was not surprising but was an example of the anti-labor character of the DNC for working people. There is only one trade unionist on the DNC 15 person platform committee. He is a retired AFSCME member Paul Booth picked by Hillary Clinton.
