Louis Clark who is co-founder of the Government Accountability Project discusses the systemic corruption and obstruction of justice by top officials of OSHA and the US Department of Labor who were engaged in a criminal cover-up to collude with corporations against OSHA health and safety whistleblowers and also harass, bully and fire OSHA Federal investigators who were investigating illegal retaliation against OSHA whistleblowers.

Louis Clark, lawyer and co-founder of the Government Accountability Project GAP discusses the Whistleblower Protection Project and how it is working including the affect of deregulation and privatization of government and agencies that protect health and safety and the environment..
The Whistleblower Protection Program WPP is supposed to protect Federal whistleblowers throughout the United States government. He also talks about the systemic corruption in the Department of Labor DOL and OSHA and the retaliation and firing of OSHA WPP investigator and lawyer Darrell Whitman. He talks about the problem of bullying of AFGE members in San Francisco OSHA District 9 office who were seeking to protect workers who were retaliated for doing their jobs and faced retaliation themselves by the management. He also discusses reports that OSHA officials met privately with Lockheed Martin, Test America H.I.G. Capital and other companies to collude to dismiss merit complaints and coerce bad settlements for workers retaliated against for whistleblowing. He discusses the potential criminal obstruction of justice by top government officials who are aware of the corruption charges and sought to cover them up.
He also discusses the efforts of GAP to develop rules that will be enforced to protect all government whistleblowers including in the financial industry to prevent another financial crisis like 2008.

Capital which was the owner of Test America was involved in conspiring to manipulate asbestos and toxic testing at sites such as Hunters Point Naval Shipyard and Treasure Island by using a game pad to reduce the time of the tests and manipulate the tests. They fired EMK Qualitiy Assurance Manager Michael Madry who was a whistleblower at the largest testing company in the United States. H.I.G. Capital is connected to the Bain company which helped fund Romney in his past election.
