General Strike Now to Stop Police Killings; Long Live Alex Nieto

by Register Peace & Freedom or Green
On March 10, 2016, a bourgeois Babbitt San Francisco suburban federal jury declared 4 San Francisco police not guilty of using excessive force in the civil trial of Alex Nieto v. the City of San Francisco despite the fact that Alex Nieto was killed by 15 of the 59 shots the cops shot at him, some in the back, with one cop reloading and continuing with the execution, and the strongest prosecution witness, an African-American jogger, verifying that Nieto's hands were in his pockets, where 1 bone fragment remained, and when Nieto was dead, the cops beat and then handcuffed his corpse, demonstrating San Francisco is the same as the Old Confederacy and Nazi Germany, proudly defended by elected Democrat Dennis Herrera's City Attorney office who tried to say that Nieto's taser he legally had as a security guard was used at the time of the shooting, proven to be a lie by the Nieto family attorney.
This is the same Democratic Party’s city attorney who filed an answer to the federal civil complaint of Mario Woods’ mother stating that the police legally executed her son, Mario Woods, with a 10 person firing squad shooting 20 bullets, mostly in the back, to supposedly get Mario Woods to drop a knife. Democrat Herrera has just declared death squads to be legal in San Francisco. He holds an elected position; his taxpayer funded salary is $222,975 a year, plus benefits including pension and medical paid while employed and retired.

No force of any kind is needed to disarm a person with a knife and it does not take 59 shots or 15 shots to stop a person if they are actually a threat.

Civil lawsuits rarely, if ever, result in a plaintiff’s verdict against the police because most jurors are not workingclass and thus they do not understand that the police are just a gang of killers. The workingclass, those of us who make less than $80,000 a year, have no time and cannot afford to sit on juries. Now the Nieto family will have to pay the City’s costs, in the thousands of dollars, and a lien will be placed on any property they own unless they declare bankruptcy.

The only way to end police killings is with a general strike. The minute any pro-police verdict is announced, such as will likely occur in the Mario Woods case if it goes to trial, the San Francisco Central Labor Council must declare a citywide 1 day general strike. That will certainly get the killer cops and Police Chief Suhr, a proud defender of the killer cops, fired as the police are the anti-labor agents of the capitalist class who only care about their profits. It is labor that produces all wealth.

We do not want to hear any more about the endless resolutions from the Central Labor Council; ONLY A GENERAL STRIKE WILL DO.
