Chuck Grassley And Other Iowa Politicans Who Have Abused Billions Of Animals

Grassley was one of 3 senators who pushed through a bill that chicks be denied humane protections in mailing. Now baby chicks are often smashed in their flimsy cardboard boxes, left to die of baking heat in summer and freezing cold in winter, thirst and hunger or abandonment on loading docks.

The video called Hatchery by Mercy For Animals shows living chicks on a conveyor belt crushed alive and coming out the other end as paste. Germany recently banned such practices.

Iowa's other senator Joni Ernst, installed by the fraud of the Koch Brothers and the mysteirous death of the Libertarian candidate in a plane crash, bragged that she had castrated pigs and could castrate in Washington. She calls it 'cutting pork' and stated that when in Washington she'd 'make them squeal' as she did to piglets. While proud of her animal castrations, at the same time she voted to block Iowa women from having access to contraception and worked to give legal status to fertilized eggs.

Steve King (not the writer) is a Republican congressman from Iowa who has worked against all attempts for bigger cages and more humane conditions in Iowa's many factory farms. He is a strong proponent of dogfighting.

Tom Vilsack, Secretary of Agriculture of the USDA and former governor of Iowa, has brought his animal abuse record to the USDA.
