The Jury has been given instructions as closing arguments take place in the shooting death of Alex Nieto.

This morning, both sides are delivering their closing arguments after the judge gave detailed instructions as to how the jury is to begin their deliberations in the 2014 police shooting death of Alex Nieto, a security guard and college student.
