Hog its resources

But maddeningly, practically nobody in a position of authority has stepped up to prevent those injurious invasions.
America is concerned for its own interests, and especially for the lifestyle of its people. Although the world envies that lifestyle, much of it is based on greed and selfishness, to the point that Americans feel they have a right to run the world and hog its resources. So is it any wonder the Lord points the finger back at the world and its selfishness?
